Weekly
 $180 if 8 or more
Friday/Saturday

$30 per night for under 8 sites

$27 per night for 8 or more

Holiday/3-day Weekend
$35 per night - 3 night minimum
Sunday Through Thursday

$25 per night 8 or more sites

$27 per night for under 8

   

Rates are based on a family of 4 persons and two vehicles/units per site at the time of registration. Additional charges may apply, each additional person $3 per day (max 5 per site). Additional arrivals are considered guests. Pets $1 per day. Extra vehicles $2 per day. Guests $4 per person. Holidays, guests $5 per person.

OPTIONAL SEASONAL RATES

$1,125 includes:

  • Access on grounds
  • 3 Holiday weekends (Memorial, July 4th, Labor Day)
  • Friday/Sunday Monthly Weekends
  • 2 Week Vacation (scheduled at Store)

$1475 includes:

  • All of above PLUS pre-approved continual residence

OVERNITE RATES

  • Nightly rates $30
  • Holidays - 3 night minimum $35
  • Tent on an existing rented lot $18 per unit

Check in at office on arrival for grounds pass.

The Management reserves the right to make changes in rules, regulations, policies, and rates which it deems necessary in the best interest of the park.
